The Northeast has a terrible fast food selection. I learned this on the road trip Jess and I took last summer. Not that I’m a big purveyor of burgers and fries, but there’s a plethora of selections beyond the borders of New England that are unimaginable to our McDonald’s and Burger King minds. For example, were you aware that there is a chain of restarants in Virginia and the Carolinas whose slogan proudly states, “Where the biscuits are fresh and the people are friendly”?

Closet locations to Allston:

Krispy Kreme: 77.73 miles
White Castle: 199.1 miles
Sonic: 238.15 miles
Steak ‘n Shake: 566 miles
Biscuitville: 616 miles
Big Boy: 647 miles
